    Woodrow Wilson Creed: Ex-Enclave Scientist.

    Backstory:
The Vault known as 111 was created by Vault-Tec as a social experiment where everyone within had access to a completely unbiased and unabashed world history. The idea was to see how this would change people’s opinions in the long-run. However on the 10th birthday of one Woodrow W. Creed things changed in a way that Vault-Tec never anticipated.
The Enclave, using old codes, gained access to the Vault and annexed it in the name of the United States of America and began indoctrinating it’s populace into their ranks. While most made the transition easily, Woodrow simply feigned compliance and bided his time.

Eleven years after becoming an Enclave-centric vault, Woodrow had enough and decided on escaping. Knowing that the Enclave often used the vault as a ‘springboard’ to do scientific excursions from he gathered some items he thought he might need and when the opportunity came, slipped into an Enclave Crate, modified so he could breathe in it, and allowed himself to be carried out into the world.
Patience came easily to Woodrow and waiting several hours in the crate on it’s journey was simple enough. However what happened next he was unprepared for. After the sounds of the Vertibird faded in the distance he overheard the others talking casually about their assignment followed by shouting and energy weapons being discharged along with ordinary firearms.

The exchange didn’t last long and after the last shot had been fired he waited ten more minutes before emerging from his hiding place. There surrounding him were the bodies of enclave soldiers, officers and scientists, and the bodies of some manner of savage-looking people in piecemeal armor and badly maintained weaponry. He checked his surroundings and coming to the conclusion the fight had resulted in mutual destruction of both parties he realized how lucky he was. He not only couldn’t have asked for a better ‘cover’ to get away from the outpost without being seen by other Enclave members, he now had the chance to loot the site for whatever he needed and it would be believed one of these ‘raiders’ had pilfered it.
He made his choices quickly, picking the best gear, supplies and spare parts and set forth to see what this strange new America had in store for him.

    On the character:
Woodrow’s stats are fairly well balanced but his Skills et leans in favor of the scientific with emphasis on Science, Repair, and Energy weapons.

Not truly 'Evil' or 'Good', Woodrow is quite Amoral when it comes to his decisions, thinking first "How will this affect me in the short/long run?" He will more or less walk the thin line known as Neutral Karma.

Woodrow has no great love for the Enclave, seeing them as delusional with unrealistic goals. Growing up with an unbiased world history he came to the conclusion that he may believe in the ‘American Dream’ but his interpretation was very different from the Enclave’s “Bombastic Patriotism”. In short he saw “The American Way” as a matter of Appetite. If there was indeed a great figurative ‘pie’ everyone could help themselves to then it was his right to help himself to the biggest possible slice of that pie that he felt he could get away with. He had no delusions of ruling over the world but did believe that one day he might carve out a small fiefdom such as a town or other similar community and rule over it. With maybe a posh home and a modest-sized harem all to himself. This is to him, the American Way.
