Arielle is almost always involved in the same settings as River Althea, and is either active or referred to depending on the situation. These settings include Mass Effect, Star Wars, Zombie Survival, and Terminator. Ari has not always survived in each setting and is killed by a traitor in her squad/group. In the stories she has remained alive, she works closely with River as her lover and partner. Like River, Ari usually has some current or past military experience. In some stories she's even been the leader of a gang with River as her second-in-command. In Mass Effect she is known to also be a Biotic like River, but gains no powers in other settings thus far (such as Force Sensitivity in Star Wars).
Appearance

Ari's appearance usually remains pretty consistent. She has a lean and toned physique that makes her quite athletic. Her red hair is worn in a style that is long in the front and tapers up to a shorter length in the back. Various tattoos and piercings are usually present, though one she always has is a large red phoenix across her back. Ari also has piercing green eyes and a confident, sometimes cocky smirk.

Cons
Aside from sometimes being dead in certain stories, Arielle is also known to have a pretty big temper that can make her act rashly. River is normally good at seeing this and helping to calm her back down, but it has moments of making her unstable. Her anger can sometimes lead her to not caring if she kills someone, or putting someone at risk. This impacts her effectiveness as a leader sometimes. She also has problems trusting people due to past experiences. Anyone not a part of her inner circle tends to be heavily scrutinized by Ari, and it can sometimes be hard to prove to her that they are trustworthy. This also makes it difficult for people to learn more about Ari on a personal level. River is the only one to have gotten close enough to know most of Ari's past and concerns. Other friends tend to know various bits and pieces about her, but rarely the full story.
