Born in the small Capitol Wasteland community of Andale, Andy grew to his teenage years without any kids his age in town. Seeing this as an issue he chose to go against the protests of his family and set forth into the wastelands to find himself a proper girlfriend. He's finding it a little more difficult than he first suspected. After growing up in the town that is without a doubt "the greatest town in Virginia" he realised he had never contemplated that there could be so many rude and angry, angry people beyond his picket fence. Still, it's a dog-eat-dog world out there so he tries not to judge too harshly. He just tries to go about his business, pressing flesh, chewing the fat and in general keeping an eye out for some decent little thing who is open to a quiet home life in a small town with very close neighbors.
Andy Stands around five foot ten with Bright blue eyes, a clean shaven face and Reddish-brown hair with a clean part in it. He prefers to Pre-War Relaxed Wear and is often seen carrying a suitcase with his worldly possessions. Very agile he has a preference to bladed weapons when pressed and carries a modest assortment. His favorites being a Superheated Cosmic Knife and an Axe he jokingly refers to as "Broil and Trouble".
